How many coaches can we add to LodoCoach?
The Business plan includes 5 coach seats. Additional seats can be added for €19 per seat per month, so you only pay for the coaches actively using the platform.

Can we assign specific coaches to specific clients?
Yes. Administrators can assign any coach to any client. Coaches only see the clients assigned to them, while managers see the full caseload overview.

How does GDPR compliance work for our firm?
All data is stored on EU servers in the Netherlands, in an ISO 27001 certified datacenter. We sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with your organisation and provide full documentation for your compliance needs.
