LodoCoach is committed to protecting the privacy of coaches and their clients. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we store it securely, and what rights you have as a user.
Data We Collect
We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the LodoCoach service. This includes: account information (name, email, organisation name), session and client data you create within the platform, and payment information processed by our certified payment provider. We do not collect sensitive personal data beyond what you explicitly provide.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data exclusively to provide and improve the LodoCoach service. We never sell your data to third parties. We never use client data for advertising, profiling or any purpose beyond delivering the service you subscribed to. Marketing communications from LodoCoach are always opt-in.
Data Storage & Security
All LodoCoach data is stored on EU-based servers in Dutch data centres. Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption and in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. We conduct regular security audits, maintain access controls and follow ISO 27001-aligned practices. Our infrastructure is monitored 24/7 for anomalies and threats.
GDPR Compliance
LodoCoach is fully compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We act as a data processor for your client data, and you remain the data controller. We sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with every customer. To request a DPA, email privacy@lodocoach.com. We comply with all applicable Dutch and EU data protection legislation.
Client Data
The session notes, goals, assessments and personal information of your coaching clients belong to you. You control who has access, how long data is retained, and when it is deleted. LodoCoach staff cannot access client data without your explicit permission, and only do so in exceptional circumstances to resolve a support issue you have raised.
Your Rights
As a LodoCoach user you have the right to: access all personal data we hold about you, export your data at any time in standard formats (CSV, PDF), correct any inaccurate data, delete your account and all associated data permanently, restrict or object to certain types of processing, and lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
