Can I try LodoCoach before paying?
Yes. Every new account starts with a full-featured 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You can start using LodoCoach immediately and choose a plan at the end of your trial.

Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Can I cancel at any time?
LodoCoach subscriptions have an initial term of one year, with a notice period of two months before the end of the contract. After the first year, your subscription becomes monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

What happens if I need more users than my plan includes?
On the Teams and Business plan, you can add extra users for €29/user/month

Can I migrate my data from another tool?
Yes. Data migration is possible via import or with dedicated onboarding support. This is discussed upfront and a custom quote can be provided based on your specific needs.
